Deuteronomy 33:22 - 33:26
33:22 And of Dan he said,
“Dan is a cub of a lion;
he leaps from Bashan.”
33:23 And of Naphtali, he said,
“Oh, Naphtali, sated of favor,
and full of the blessing of Yahweh;
take possession of the lake,
and the land to the south.”
33:24 And of Asher he said,
“Blessed more than sons is Asher;
may he be the favorite of his brothers,
dipping his feet in the oil.
33:25 Your bars are iron and bronze,
and as your days, so is your strength.”
33:26 “There is no one like God, O, Jeshurun,
who rides through the heavens to your help,
and with his majesty through the skies.

33:22 Here’s what Moses said about Dan.
“Dan is like a lion’s cub
that charges out of the land of Bashan.”
33:23 Here’s what Moses said about Naphtali.
“The Lord greatly favors Naphtali.
The Lord fills him with his blessing.
Naphtali’s land will reach south to the Sea of Galilee.”
33:24 Here’s what Moses said about Asher.
“Asher is the most blessed of sons.
Let his brothers show favor to him.
Let him wash his feet with olive oil.
33:25 The bars of his gates will be made out of iron and bronze.
His strength will last as long as he lives.
33:26 “There is no one like the God of Israel.
He rides in the heavens to help you.
He rides on the clouds in his glory.

Gospel — Acts 28:11 - 28:16
LEB translation
Acts 28:11 - 28:16
28:11 Paul Arrives in Rome at Last
Now after three months we put out to sea in a ship that had wintered at the island, an Alexandrian one with the twin gods Castor and Pollux as its insignia.
28:12 And putting in at Syracuse, we stayed there three days.
28:13 From there we got underway and arrived at Rhegium, and after one day a south wind came up and on the second day we came to Puteoli,
28:14 where we found brothers, and were implored to stay with them seven days. And in this way we came to Rome.
28:15 And from there the brothers, when they heard the news about us, came to meet us as far as the Forum of Appius and Three Taverns. When he saw them, Paul gave thanks to God and took courage.
28:16 And when we entered into Rome, Paul was allowed to stay by himself with the soldier who was guarding him.

Acts 28:11 - 28:16
28:11 Paul Arrives in Rome
After three months we headed out to sea. We sailed in a ship that had stayed at the island during the winter. It was a ship from Alexandria. On the front of it the figures of twin gods were carved. Their names were Castor and Pollux.
28:12 We landed at Syracuse and stayed there for three days.
28:13 From there we sailed to Rhegium. The next day the south wind came up. The day after that, we reached Puteoli.
28:14 There we found some believers. They invited us to spend a week with them.
At last we came to Rome.
28:15 The brothers and sisters there had heard we were coming. They traveled as far as the Forum of Appius and the Three Taverns to meet us. When Paul saw these people, he thanked God and was cheered up.
28:16 When we got to Rome, Paul was allowed to live by himself. But a soldier guarded him.
