29:12 “‘Then on the fifteenth day of the seventh month you will have a holy convocation; you will not do any regular work, and you will hold a religious feast for Yahweh for seven days.
29:13 You will present a burnt offering, an offering made by fire as a fragrance of appeasement for Yahweh: thirteen bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs in their first year; they will be without defect.
29:14 And their grain offering will be of finely milled flour mixed with oil: three-tenths for the bull, two-tenths for the one ram,
29:15 one-tenth for each of the seven male lambs;
29:16 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering, its grain offering, and its libation.
29:17 “‘On the second day: twelve bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs in their first year; they will be without defect;
29:18 and their grain offering and their libations for the bulls, for the rams, and for the male lambs, by their number according to the stipulation;
29:19 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering and its grain offering, and their libations.
29:20 “‘On the third day: eleven bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs without defect in their first year;
29:21 and their grain offering and their libations for the bulls, for the rams, and for the male lambs, by their number according to the stipulation;
29:22 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering, its grain offering, and its libation.
29:23 “‘On the fourth day: ten bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs without defect in their first year;
29:24 and their grain offering and their libations for the bulls, for the rams, and for the male lambs by their number according to the stipulation;
29:25 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering, its grain offering, and its libation.
29:26 “‘On the fifth day: nine bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs without defect in their first year;
29:27 and their grain offering and their libations for the bulls, for the rams, and for the male lambs by their number according to the stipulation;
29:28 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering, its grain offering, and its libation.
29:29 “‘On the sixth day: eight bulls, two rams, fourteen male lambs without defect in their first year; and their grain offering and their libations for the bulls, for the rams, and for the male lambs by their number according to the stipulation;

29:37 and their grain offering and their libations for the bulls, for the rams, and for the male lambs by their number according to the stipulation;
29:38 and one male goat for a sin offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering, its grain offering, and its libation.
29:39 “‘You will present these to Yahweh at your appointed time, in addition to your vows and your freewill offerings, for your burnt offerings and for you grain offerings and for your libations and for your fellowship offerings.’”
29:40 So Moses said to the Israelites in accordance with all that Yahweh commanded Moses.
30:1 Laws for Vows
Then Moses spoke to the leaders of the tribes concerning the Israelites, saying, “This is the word that Yahweh commanded:

“‘On the 15th day of the seventh month, come together for a special service. Do not do any regular work. Celebrate the Feast of Booths in honor of the Lord for seven days.
29:13 “‘Bring an offering that is made with fire. It will give a smell that is pleasant to the Lord. Bring a burnt offering of 13 young bulls and two rams. Also bring 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
29:14 “‘Prepare a grain offering along with each of the 13 bulls. It must have 24 cups of fine flour. Mix it with olive oil. Offer 16 cups along with each of the two rams.
29:15 Offer eight cups along with each of the 14 lambs.
29:16 “‘Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering. It is also in addition to its grain offering and drink offering.
29:17 “‘On the second day prepare 12 young bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.
29:18 “‘Prepare their grain offerings and drink offerings. Prepare them along with the bulls, rams and lambs. Prepare them in keeping with the required number.
29:19 “‘Include a male goat as a sin offering. It is in addition to the regular burnt offering along with its grain offering. It is also in addition to their drink offerings.
29:20 “‘On the third day prepare 11 bulls and two rams. Also prepare 14 male lambs that are a year old. They must not have any flaws.

29:39 “‘Here are the offerings you must prepare for the Lord at your appointed feasts. They are burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offerings and friendship offerings. They are in addition to the offerings you bring to keep a special promise you make to the Lord. They are also in addition to the offerings you choose to give.’”
29:40 Moses told the people of Israel everything the Lord had commanded him.
